ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the name of the father of the first petitioner as Kandasamy instead of Mahendiran in the order dated 13.05.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.11113 of 2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The time for complying with the condition imposed vide order dated 13.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No.11113 of 2026 is extended till 05.06.2026.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
