The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the patta issued in favour of fourth respondent as per the provisions of the Patta Passbook Act, 1983. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the patta granted in favour of the fourth respondent in accordance with law. No costs.
