ORDER
The tenant, who has suffered concurrent orders of eviction before the Rent Court as well as Rent Tribunal, is the revision petitioner.
2. The revision petitioner has sought for 3 months time to vacate and handover possession. The tenant has also filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 08.10.2025. The said affidavit of undertaking is recorded. The learned counsel for respondents /landlords states that the petitioner in this revision is not in arrears as well.
3. Recording the affidavit of undertaking dated 08.10.2025, this civil revision petition is dismissed as no case is made out for interference with the well reasoned orders of the Rent Court and Rent Tribunal. The petitioner shall vacate and handover possession of the shop on or before 21.01.2026 and till such time, the petitioner shall promptly pay rents to the respondents. It is also brought to my notice that on the side of the respondent, there is no excess advance amount lying with the respondent. The same is also recorded.
