This application has been filed to condone the delay of 350 days in filing the revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 350 days in filing the revision is condoned, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to the respondent. The said payment shall be made on or before 02.01.2026.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellanou Petition is allowed.
