With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to issue transfer patta in favour of the petitioner by considering the transfer application 2024/0103/05/257999 dated 10.04.2024 on the file of the second respondent.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the land by way of a sale deed dated 27.10.2003 and patta to be transferred to the petitioner for an extent of one acre 35 cents pathway 2 cents exclusively purchased by the petitioner. In this regard the petitioner has given an application dated 10.04.2024 and the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, second respondent is directed to consider the application dated 10.04.2024 and pass Order on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
