Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certioriarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent with reference to his order dated 03.07.2012 quash the same and direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds.

ORDER

Mr.Abrar Md Abdullah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has come by way of change of vakalth. However a perusal of records reveals that Mr.J.Muthukumar, Advocate, has given a letter dated 23.06.2017 stating that he wants to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner filed another batch of writ petition for the very same relief, and the same is pending before this court.

2. Recording the letter dated 23.06.2017, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
