ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the petition and docket order passed in E.P.No.61 of 2013 in O.S.No.1170 of 1989 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that E.P.No.61 of 2013 was already dismissed by the Trial Court on 06.10.2021 and hence, this revision has become infructuous.

3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
