The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the petitioner preferred an Appeal under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, challenging the order of termination.

2.The said appeal had been filed on 18th January 2016 and the matter is adjourned time to time without any valid reason. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner urged this Court by stating that the petitioner is without employment and on account of the major penalty, the entire family is in suffering. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner in T.S.E.No.1/01/2016 on merits and in accordance with law and by providing reasonable opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass orders as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
