ORDER

This civil revision petition is arising out of fair and decreetal order dated 04.09.2013 passed in IA.No.81 of 2013 in RCOP.No.94 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court Judge, Coimbatore thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to implead himself as party in the eviction proceedings.

The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the main RCOP.No.94 of 2012 itself was ordered and the possession of the petition premises was also handed over to the landlady. Therefore, nothing survives in the present civil revision petition for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
