O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to provide police protection to the petitioner to safeguard the life and limb based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2019 in C.S.R.No.160 on the file of the 3rd respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on receipt of the complaint respondent police issued C.S.R. No.160 of 2019 and subsequently the crime has been registered in Crime .No.129 of 2019. Therefore, the complaint has been registered and investigation is in process.

3.In view of the subsequent development that the case has been registered and the investigation is also in process, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
