ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2014 and consequently reinstate the petitioner as salesman in any of the TASMAC shop under the control of respondent corporation.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the respondent passed an order dated 08.07.2015 terminating the petitioner from service; challenging the said termination order, the petitioner preferred an appeal, which was dismissed on 28.07.2015; aggrieved over the same, the petitioner initiated writ proceedings; and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is liable to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
