(ORDER OF THE COURT MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) Challenging the order passed in I.A.No.132 of 2014 in R.P.No.6 of 2011 in D.R.C.No.7 of 2011 on the file of the Recovery Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, the 4th certificate debtor has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.It is settled position that as against the order passed by the Recovery Officer, the petitioner has got alternate and efficacious remedy available to her before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3.Since the petitioner has filed the Civil Revision Petition without exhausting the alternate and efficacious remedy available to her before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the Civil Revision Petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
