The suit in O.S.No.140 of 2014 has been filed for declaration of title of the plaintiff and for permanent injunction. It also seeks the relief to declare the sale deed dated 27.12.2013 as null and void. After filing of the written Page No:1/3

statement, the matter is posted for trial. However, from the perusal of the E-Court proceedings produced by the Civil Revision Petitioner, it is clear that the trial has been adjourned for cross examination of P.W.1 from 20.06.2023 till date.

2. Taking into consideration of the fact that trial is open and the suit is pending for a period of more than 10 years, the Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi is requested to expedite the proceedings and ensure the same is completed within a period of nine(9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
