2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and further time of two months is extended to the petitioner for payment of the fine amount.
