This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 18.06.2012, passed in I.A.No.117 of 2012 in O.S.No.1517 of 2004, on the file of learned Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.
2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
