O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2012 presented before the 1st respondent within a time frame.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has given the representation as early as on 26.03.2012 to the 1st respondent marking a copy of the same to the 2nd respondent, viz., The Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet, Vellore District, however, the respondents have not considered the same yet.
3. Ms.A.Mathumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the the 2nd respondent, viz., The Revenue Divisional Officer, may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 26.03.2012 within a time frame.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent viz., The Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet, Vellore District, to consider an dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
