ORDER
The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in "Para 3 the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in Crl.MP.No.6933 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6240 of 2026 order dated 20.04.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for a period of 20 days.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6933 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6240 of 2026, dated 20.04.2026.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
