ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the Selection List, dated 18.06.2019, issued by the first respondent, for the post of Senior Chemist (Post Code 1881) in the Tamil Nadu Industries Service, 20142015, in so far it relates to the selection of second respondent, and quash the same and consequently directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner for his placement in the post of Senior Chemist (Post Code 1881) in General Category in the Tamil Nadu Industries Service, 2014-2015.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
