O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.274 of 2018 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that O.S.No.274 of 2018 was filed for the relief of specific performance of contract on the basis of Sale Agreement dated 01.08.2012. The petitioner / defendant is a widow, aged 58 years. She filed this suit in O.S.No.274 of 2018 which is ripe for trial. She also filed I.A.No.8 of 2021 for fixing the date to advance hearing of the trial and that petition was allowed. Again, the respondents filed I.A.No.9 of 2021 for receipt of the reply statement and that was also allowed. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are not co-operating for the trial and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow who is 58 years of age, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is Disposed of. No costs. 20.09.2021
