Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to convert the petitioner's post of Sweeper on consolidated Pay / Daily Rated Basis into Special Time Scale Post with effect from the date of her appointment and fix her pay in the Special Time Scale Pay of Rs.1300-3000 and Grade Pay of Rs.300/- as per the proposals sent by the second respondent to the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.0850/A/2010, dated 14.10.2010 and Na.Ka.No.0850/A/2010, dated 28.1.2014 and grant her all consequential benefits including payment of arrears.
