C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the orders dated 09.12.2013 made in I.A.Nos.1848 & 1849 of 2013 in O.S.No.411 of 2011 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ambattur respectively.

2. Today, when these Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and made a submission that, the suit pertains to these Civil Revision Petitions has already been disposed of by the trial Court in the year 2015 itself. In this regard, the learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in these Petitions.

3. In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
