J, This application has been filed by the plaintiff/applicant herein to grant leave to sue the respondents/defendants herein to file a suit, since, the second defendant resides outside the jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though the second respondent resides outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the entire transaction took place at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court.
