2/4 Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the water tank constructed over the water body by extremely adducting the water canal comprised in Survey No.66 measuring to the extent of 0.160 Hectare of land situated at No.53, Sunnambukulam Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District by replacing the same in an appropriate place and consequently direct the second and third respondents to recover the said revenue loss from the fourth respondent in a manner known to law based on the petitioner's representations, dated 20.04.2022 and 26.04.2022.
