4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 7 days in filing the above CRL.RC.SR is condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in oder.
