ORDER

The petitioner seeks an accommodation under Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) scheme based on the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) at North Giriappa Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017 and has made an application to the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 3rd respondent has already made a recommendation to the 2nd respondent and the papers are pending with him.

2.Mr.G.Venkatesan, the learned counsel has taken notice for the respondents. 3.The respondents are now required to consider the case of the petitioner for an allotment of a house under Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) scheme 2/4

based on the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and also required to take into consideration the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent in this regard and decide the issue within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
