This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2014 and thereby direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and property situated at Survey No.245/1D, Pakkam Village, Gudiyattam Taluk, Vellore District to an extent of 2.54 acres and property situated in Door No.100/83/2, Aaliyar Street, Tharanampettai, Gudiyattam Town, Vellore District pursuant to the order in I.A.No.102/2013 in O.S.No.68/2013 dated 27.06.2013 passed by the learned Principal Sub Judge, Vellore.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2014 and thereby direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and property situated at Survey No.245/1D, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pakkam Village, Gudiyattam Taluk, Vellore District to an extent of 2.54 acres and property situated in Door No.100/83/2, Aaliyar Street, Tharanampettai, Gudiyattam Town, Vellore District pursuant to the order in I.A.No.102/2013 in O.S.No.68/2013 dated 27.06.2013 passed by the learned Principal Sub Judge, Vellore. 2.This writ petition has been filed in the year 2014 and at this length of time, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to revive the relief of police protection, if and when there is any threat perspective from the rival parties. No costs.
