These petitions are filed seeking to record the second appellant as the legal representative of the deceased first appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 who are the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant as appellants 3 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

Heard both sides. Both the petitions are allowed.
