Prakash G ... Respondent ***** As directed by this Court, the advocate commissioner has repossessed the vehicle from the respondent. He has also complied with all the directions issued in this Court's order dated 04.07.2023. A report has also been filed by the advocate commissioner dated 01.09.2023 to that effect. As seen from the report, he has spent three days for executing the warrant of commission.

2. The advocate commissioner was initially paid with a remuneration of Rs.15,000/-. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- to the advocate commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1/3

3. The respondent has also been duly served in this application. His name is also printed in the cause list today. Despite service of notice, the respondent has chosen not to enter appearance. Hence, the respondent is set ex-parte by this Court.

4. Since the advocate commissioner has already repossessed the vehicle and handed over the interim custody of the same to the applicant and the respondents has also been served in this application, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Hence, this application is disposed of. No Costs.
