(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.10.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (B), 324, 307, 506(II) of IPC, in Crime No.403 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner was originally granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13800 of 2020 with a condition to stay at Vilupuram and report before the Villupuram Town Police Station. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition, the respondent police filed a petition for cancellation of bail in Crl.M.P.No.1740 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, and the said petition was allowed and the bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled.

3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned Government Advocate, the option available to the petitioner is to challenge the order of cancellation of bail and not by filing another petition for bail.
