By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to carry on the field inspection and to demarcate the petitioner's property in S.No.27/4B to the extent of 0.13.75 Hectare in Patta No.560 situated at Kadirimangalam, Tirupathur District and to consequently, direct the respondents to allot appropriate sub-division, separately earmarking the petitioner's property and issue patta.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation dated 06.05.2024 to revenue officials along with the challan to transfer the sub-division patta and to demarcate his property in Survey No.27/4B to the extent of 0.13.75 Hectare in Patta No.560 situated at Kadirimangalam, Tirupathur District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he seeks a direction. Page No:2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
