This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Court as "Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal District" instead of the Judicial Magistrate, Vennandur, Namakkal District in Crl.O.P.No.11882 of 2026 order dated 07.05.2026.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.11882 of 2026, dated 07.05.2026 and issue a fresh order copy. The petitioner is granted further time till Page No.2 of 4

10.06.2026, to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 11882 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026."
