The petitioner herein is the suspected accused in Cr.No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent alleging that there is an inordinate delay to expedite the investigation and file final report. 1/4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that after obtaining anticipatory bail, the petitioner has failed to cooperate with the investigation and this is the cause for the delay. Now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the investigation is completed and he undertakes to file final report within a period of two months on getting instructions from the Investigation Officer.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within a period two months.
