ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed for direction directing the respondents to take necessary departmental action against the fifth respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.02.2024, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent, and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
