When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/State submitted that the alleged detenue Shreya, aged about 16 years, was secured by the police on 20.09.2021 and handed over to the petitioner. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
