This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent as one of the respondent in the Writ Petition.
2. Heard Mr.D.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Gopinath, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 and Mr.Syed Basha, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondent/fifth respondent submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition.
4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this impleading petition is allowed.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter after two weeks.
