2. The petitioner had executed sale deeds in favour of his sons and now he wants the same to be cancelled. Invoking the provisions of Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the petitioner filed a petition before the first respondent. As the said petition was not considered by the first respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner on merits

and in accordance with law, after putting all the interested parties on notice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
