ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2023 and to take disciplinary action against the fourth respondent and file a report within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims to be the first wife of the third respondent. According to her the fifth respondent is the second wife of the fourth respondent. Therefore, she has given a representation to the first and second respondents to take disciplinary action against the fourth respondent. However, no action has been taken by the first and second respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

3. In the considered view of this Court, the remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere to prosecute the fourth respondent as per law. Hence, there is no merits in this Writ Petition.
