ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Na.Ka.No.2279 / 2023 / A1, dated 08.06.2023, on the file of respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Executive officer Grade -II with effect from 01.03.2016 and release all the service as well as the monetary benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
