The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking for a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Lr.No.2854/CAC/DD/2012 dated 10.08.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner bearing Roll.No.200521634 to re-join M.E.(Industrial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the maximum period for completion of degree programme ended in June 2009 itself, as per regulations. Hence, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
