ORDER

Based upon the alleged possession for a long period of time, the petitioner made a representation on 23.11.2015 seeking issuance of patta with reference to the property situated in Door No.2/660, Murugan Koil Street, Selvaganapathi Nagar, Senneerkuppam, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur District. In the said representation, the petitioner has enclosed documents to prove her possession. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
