(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4840 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5000/-[Rupees Five thousand only] to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, High Court Madras, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c.No.484026006 IFSC.No. IDIB000M157. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
