ORDER

The order impugned dated 01.03.2014 was issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation, Anti-Corruption Branch, directing the Managing Director of the petitioner to produce certain documents/articles. The letter was sent for the purpose of investigation made on the alleged offences.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBI made a submission that the trial in the criminal case is in progress in C.C.No.20 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Puducherry.

3. This being the factum brought to the notice of this Court, no relief need to be granted in respect of the prayer sought for in the present writ petition.
