ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody from 31.01.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 341,352,392, r/w 397,336 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in SC.No. 161 of 2021 in Crime No.1574 of 2011, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that earlier the petitioner was remanded by the respondent police in Crime No.75 of 2021 on 31.01.2020 and in this case he was produced under Pt warrant on 16.02.2021. Since, the petitioner was no well, he would not appear before the trial Court and therefore NBW was issued against him. Hence the present complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been in judicial custody from 31.01.2021. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate(crl side) appearing for the petitioner submit that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is a habitual offender his H.S.No is 4 of 2012. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
