ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to run night shop of Punitha Restaurant at VA, Vasur Village (Bypass Road), Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District-606608, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2026. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, submitted that the Government has issued Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.61, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (K2), dated 02.06.2022, permitting the shops and establishments to keep open for 24 x 7 on all days of the year; subject to complying with the conditions therein. He further submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2026, will be considered in the light of the above said Government Order and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of six (6) weeks.
3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
