ORDER

The petitioner seeks a temporary electricity connection to his property at S.F.No.82/1 of Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore and has approached the second respondent with his application dated 08.05.2023 for the said purpose.

2.Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for the TANGEDCO takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private notice he took to respondents 4 and 5 were returned un-served for insufficient address.

4.It is also brought to the notice of the Court that there are civil Litigations pending between the petitioner and the private respondents, in which the TANGEDCO is also a party.

5.Ideally, the petitioner would be advised to approach the civil Court for the remedy he seeks, since the civil Court will have all the facts before it. 6.Given the scope of this case, where the petitioner only seeks a temporary electricity connection to his property, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the second respondent to hold an enquiry, after giving due notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and dispose of the Application of the petitioner dated 08.05.2023, as expeditiously as possible.
