This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the First Respondent to conduct an enquiry on the Petitioner representation dated 31.12.2018 (Petition 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.2018/9005/853124/1231 dated 31.12.2018) submitted in grievances redressal day and take action under Section 23(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act2007. 2.

The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 31.12.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order No.Ni.Mu.3615/2019 dated 12.09.2019 and the copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition stands disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
