Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of 1st and 4th respondents issued in Government Letter No.168 School Education Department dated 11.10.2001 and in Na.Ka.No.275/A1/2012 dated 21.08.2012 respectively and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to grant bonus increment to the petitioner in the post of Primary School Headmaster from 01.06.1998 with all benefits including arrears of pay and pension.

ORDER
The Accountant General of Tamil Nadu filed a counter affidavit in W.P.No.14456 of 2014 stating that the pay of the petitioner in the said writ petition has been revised based on subsequent Government Orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.234 dated 01.06.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.23 dated 02.01.2011 and authorization was issued and the bonus increment prayed for by the writ petitioner in W.P.No.14456 of 2014 had been allowed and the grievance of the writ petitioner therein was redressed.
2. In view of paragraph 6 of the counter filed in W.P.No.14456 of 2014, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressing his grievance in the manner known to law and in the event of filing any such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
3. With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
