Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to select and appoint the petitioner having Registration No.00366 in Serial No.2 of the Provisional Reserve List for the post of Construction Helper, as per the Notification No.122/ED/Estt./A-4/2015, dated 03.06.2015 and pass such further orders as necessary in the circumstances of the case. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner, had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, in view of the fact that the jurisdiction vests with the Central Administrative Tribunal, however, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

however, the petitioner is given liberty to move before the appropriate forum viz., the Central Administrative Tribunal. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
