PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file the Final Report in Crime No.42 of 2020 registered by the first respondent police now transferred to the second respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the Crime No.42 of 2020 and to file a final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the first respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.01.2020, no final report is filed till date.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents police may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.
5.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
