Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and Ramu and others in O.S.No.195 of 2020, pending on the file of the Learned SubCourt, Ponneri with respect to a property situated at No.106, S.P.Koil Street, Aarani Bazaar, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District and to ensure that the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from their property except by due process of law.
